Free Burger?

After reading my post on Saint Nicolas, I got to thinking. Fribourg (or Freiburg in German, Friburgo in Italian) is sort of awkward to pronounce in English. Not as bad as Le Havre where I lived in France (yes Dad, there is your birthplace, Havre, Montana - "you can have 'er, I don't want 'er").

But I got to thinking about this because I referred to Fribourgeois (people from Fribourg: a New Yorker is someone from New York, a Parisian is someone from Paris, a Cheesehead is someone from Wisconsin), and wondered how one would say that in English. A Fribourger? Like a free burger?
