After always sort of doubting its existence, I can confirm: Luxembourg is for real.
The other week, I went to a conference in Antwerp to attend the European Association for International Education conference. More on that to follow in subsequent posts. We drove up there - and I had a four country day! I thought it was a big deal for one of my birthdays when I had a three state day (MN, ND, SD). Switzerland, France, Luxembourg and Belgium. With stops in all countries. So it was more than just the freeway!
At any rate - a taste of Luxembourg.

Luxembourg may have to be on my list of places to go again. If for nothing else:

It was a sad day in America when Chi-Chi's restaurants closed their doors. But thankfully, they are going strong in Luxembourg and Belgium - and apparently elsewhere in the world!

You have actually been to Luxembourg, MN too! We drove through it on the way to the aMAZE'n Farmyard. You are so well traveled :)
ChiChis! I can't BELIEVE it!!! My favorite restaurant as a child, though I don't recall seeing it when I was in Luxembourg (at age 13; it was the only border that went through our family car!). That even tops the Hooters in Interlaken.
